Private 1-on-1 Quarterback Development
for Dedicated Athletes (Grades 4–12)
Structured evaluation. Individualized mechanics. Long-term development.
The Development Gap
Team practices are designed for execution and reps—not detailed mechanical correction. Subtle flaws in footwork, sequencing, and release often go unaddressed. Over time, small inefficiencies compound, leading to stagnation that can only be corrected through individualized evaluation and coaching.
Quarterback Performance Evaluation
Every quarterback enters the program through a structured performance evaluation. This session provides a comprehensive assessment of mechanical efficiency, movement patterns, and developmental priorities.
The 90-Minute Comprehensive assessment (60-Minute for 6th grade and under) allows us to clearly identify strengths, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement before recommending a training path.
What the Evaluation Includes:
- Complete throwing motion assessment
- Footwork & base evaluation
- Arm path & release analysis
- Movement & pocket mechanics
- Immediate corrective drills
- Clear 3–6 month development roadmap
What You Leave With:
- A prioritized development plan
- Clear mechanical focus areas
- Recommended training structure
- Professional guidance on next steps
This ensures that any future training is intentional, efficient, and aligned with your quarterback’s goals.

2 Hour Session on Defensive Recognition
Objectives of this Learning Session:
Quarterback Defensive Recognition Seminar
This seminar helps quarterbacks understand the defensive concepts commonly used at the high school level, including the strengths, weaknesses, and intent behind various coverages and fronts.
Quarterbacks will learn the “how and why” of defensive structures, how defenses have evolved, and how this knowledge improves pre-snap recognition, post-snap reads, and decision-making.
Instruction will also focus on the difference between progression reads and coverage reads, along with guided film study and a review of key defensive terminology.
Quarterback Training with Coach Copacia
Over 40 years of quarterback training and 5 NFL Quarterbacks
Coach Copacia played a foundational role in my son’s development throughout high school, refining his mechanics while instilling the leadership, composure, and football IQ required of a championship quarterback. That preparation was evident during our 2021 State Championship comeback, where Lucas set a finals record with six touchdown passes and finished his career 32–0 as a starter.
– John F. Dunn, Chelsea, Michigan
Between my son’s sophomore and junior year, Coach Copacia worked with him one-on-one to refine his mechanics and develop his leadership, providing structured drills and resources that produced measurable improvement in a short time. The growth contributed to a state semifinal run and a college offer heading into his senior season. Thank you, Coach!
– Coach Brad Jungling, Pella Christian HS, Iowa
Coach Copacia has done an outstanding job with my son Chance. Chance has accelerated in his mechanical development, accuracy, and confidence since we began working with Coach Copacia. I highly recommend anyone who wants to be a mechanically sound quarterback to train 1 on 1 with Coach Copacia.
– Rocky Hocker, Artesia, New Mexico
My son spent three days training one-on-one with Coach Copacia, and it was the best investment we’ve made in his quarterback development. He received detailed instruction in mechanics, footwork, leadership, and practical drills to continue at home, along with follow-up support and video feedback. As a high school coach of 17 years, I can confidently say I learned more about teaching the quarterback position in those three days than in my entire coaching career.
