Off-Season Group Training

Group training is available in:

Michigan

Ohio

The quarterback position is one the most challenging positions in all of sports. The off-season is the only time to master the many facets of the position.
Off-Season Group Training

Off season Group Training will provide a quarterback with the opportunity to work on the necessary fundamentals that sometimes are neglected due to participation in other sports. Terry Copacia’s Group Quarterback Training Program will provide each athlete with a 2-hour intense training routine. This session will stress:

  • Terry Copacia's 5 components of a fundamentally correct throwing motion
  • Extensive footwork training and development
  • Off-Season Group Training
A review of proper throwing mechanics and drills
applicable to both shotgun and under-the-center quarterbacks
  • Perfecting specific types of passes
  • Throwing a consistent spiral
  • Throwing with power
  • Throwing effectively on the run
  • Throwing a more effective long pass

Another feature that all quarterbacks will learn:

Terry Copacia’s 7-Step Quarterback Training Plan
  • Fundamental Movement Sessions
  • Agility Ladder Drill Session
  • Fundamental Throwing Session
  • 1-3-5 Step No Hitch Drop and Throwing Session
  • Roll Out Passing Session
  • 3-5 Step Hitch and Throw Session
  • Off-Balance Throwing Session

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to work on your footwork and throwing fundamentals!
